30 in 30 Art Challenge--Painting No. 3

While fishing on the Oregon Inlet at Nags Head, NC, we saw pelicans diving into the water for fish.  Some landed on the water and dunked their long beaks into the water, gobbling up as many fish as their pouches would hold.  I captured some pictures the feeding frenzy, and here is a painting of a hungry pelican.
