Magnolia Painting

There are two magnolia trees that tower over a graveyard in my neighborhood. Looming over the entrance to the graveyard, they act as gatekeepers to the home of those that have gone on to their heavenly homes. The trees beckon the living to come visit their lovingly departed loved ones. These magnolia trees produce such beautiful, creamy flowers that seem to glisten against the backdrop of the richly green, dense leaves. This magnolia was painted with liquid acrylics.
